How nutrition counseling works

We first meet with a client in person, where we will get to know them more closely, to clarify what they want from the program and what motivates them to do it. Then we ask the client to write us what the typical day of his /hers looks like e.g. work schedule, workout and training routines, eating habits - what and how much and how often they eat, whether the client has allergies or intolerances to anything, or if the client doesn't simply like some food and last but not least if the client is taking any medication that might have any contraindications.

Then we schedule the client an appointment for full body composition analysis on InBody machine to get detailed information about their body composition, muscle mass distribution, information on subcutaneous and visceral fat or basal metabolism, etc. For more detailed information, please visit

Afterwards, we will meet with the client to another personal meeting, where we analyze all the information we send, analyze the history of their sports and training activities, the history of eating habits, or the diet that the client has already tried. Then we put the client into the basics of macro and micro nutrition and go with them to buy food, where we can help them choose the right foods with respect to his goal and we will learn how to orient the food in the labels (composition and nutritional value) of individual foods.

From now on, we contact the client 24 hours, 7 days a week via viber or whatsapp. The client sends us photos of all the meals he drinks with our feedback. We interactively educate the client, send him various food tips or nutrition news. We also help the client with a choice of meals in the restaurant, when he sends us a menu or a link to the restaurant. We teach the client to respond to everyday situations where the plan can not be followed precisely because of work, sport or psychological use.

At the end of the whole program, the client completes the output inline measurements and then, together with the client, we review his achieved goals and progress.
