What do we mean by „Personal Training“? At the MPT Academy we mean that each trainer focuses purely on you, the client, for the 60 minutes of your training; from your warm up, through the main training section, to the final, assisted stretching.
We do, however, offer a number of different personal training activities, from weight training, fat burning, pregnancy training, pilates, yoga, TRX, BOSU, outdoor PT, running…whatever type of fitness training you are looking for, the MPT Academy will tailor-make a package that is fitted exactly to suit your needs.
The MPT Academy’s overall aim is to offer something that little bit different to its clients; yes, we want them to train hard and follow our nutrition and other guidance, but ultimately this is because we want you to reach your goals and dreams as much as you want to reach them!
