We at MPT honor these 10 MPT golden rules:

  • Never be late for your training!
  • Never forget your water bottle and after-training snack!
  • Never cancel your training without at least 24 hours‘ notice!
  • Never be scared! We might push you, but only when we know you can do that little bit more!
  • Don’t give up; even if you have a ‚bad day‘ you won’t undo all the good work; pick yourself up and carry on tomorrow
  • Never forget why you are doing this!
  • No mobile phones during the training!
  • Stay positive and keep smiling
  • 1+1=1 Together we are strong! One team!
