10 MPT GOLDEN RULES
We at MPT honor these 10 MPT golden rules:
- Never be late for your training!
- Never forget your water bottle and after-training snack!
- Never cancel your training without at least 24 hours‘ notice!
- Never be scared! We might push you, but only when we know you can do that little bit more!
- Don’t give up; even if you have a ‚bad day‘ you won’t undo all the good work; pick yourself up and carry on tomorrow
- Never forget why you are doing this!
- No mobile phones during the training!
- Stay positive and keep smiling
- 1+1=1 Together we are strong! One team!
- Inspire people around you!
